Mary Alice Cannon was born to Dr. J. Floyd Cannon and Margaret Cannon in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was formerly married to Robert Chase of Modesto, California. Mary was a licensed lawyer in California and Utah. She worked as a paralegal in the Portland area. Mary is survived by sister, Louise Cannon, son, Martin Chase, daughter, Jessica Chase, grandsons, Jessie Moreno and Lyam Chase, and granddaughter, Isla-Dahani Chase. No services will be held per the family's request. Interment will be held at Wasatch Lawn Park in Salt Lake City. Remembrances may be made to the Oregon Humane Society. Please visit
