OO-BLA-DEE! CO-RO-NA!
(From, "Oo-bla-Dee!" by the Beatles)
Granny still goes shoppin' at the market place
Even though there's virus in the air.
Granny tells us,"Home? Now THOSE are scary places.
She's caught every cold and flu she's had in there!
Covidee! Corona! Life goes on! Yeah!
Granny says, "Oh, life goes on."
We tell Granny she can't have the ladies in,
Playin' cards and coughin' all around
There's no knowin' just where those old girls have been,
Sprayin' droplets every time they make a sound!
When they Hee, when they Hah!
Sprayin' drops! Yeah!
Every time they make a sound!
Granny sets her card game up in her back yard
Tells the ladies they should wear a hat.
She says she's got virus-killin rays out there!
No one can tell our Granny she can't do like that!
She's got wind, she's got rays, life goes on, Yeah !
Granny says, "Oh, life goes on!
People all around have died from this bad bug
No one knows how many more's exposed.
It could float to each of us at any random time
If we breathe that Fateful Droplet
Up our nose!!
You have to hope that Warp Speed Vaccine
Gets to you!
You'll make antibodies like a pro!
You can fight off virus and bac-ter-i-a
And can go on singin' the best song you know!
I'm immune! I'm immune! Life goes on! Yeah!
Fa, la, fa, la! Life goes on!
I'm immune! I'm immune! Life goes on! Yeah!
Fa, la, la, la! Life goes on!
