Bobby was an effervescent spirit. I don't recall ever seeing her in class or the halls but what she didn't have a latent smile, if not a huge grin. We met in our Freshman year at Bryant Junor High when I was invited to join the school Broadcast crew. Bobby was the only female in a crew of nine, but that didn't seem to slow her down. She was always polite, and to my knowledge never discriminating with whom she associated.  Bobby was a diligent student, managing to get past Miss Scott's World History blitz with ease. The last I heard from her was that it was fun!

Bobby loved life. She was always happy and enjoyed whatever she was doing. It is a tragedy that such loving souls are taken from the world so quickly. I am sorry I didn't take the time to get to know her better. Her early departure was so unexpected.

Bobby was a beautiful woman, spirit, and friend.  She was kind to everyone; a talented dancer with a bright future in dancing. I was lucky to be associated with Bobby who was part of a group of six girlfriends who found eachother at Bryant and stayed together at East. Bobby was more popular and had a steady boyfriend. A few times we met at night and TP'd parts of the higher avenues.  I bet those families who had support our TP habits wondered who was using all of that toilet paper. Bobby and the twins once gave me some makeup and showed me how to apply it in a bathroom at Bryant. We all miss you. When I am in the higer aves, I often wonder what you would have become, probably famous. I am sure you are still dancing somewhere.  Miss you, Wendy

Wendy thanks for your post. Cindy & I really miss Bobby. She was such a great friend. Our family loved her so much. She was beautiful inside and out. We had some crazy escapades on the avenues. (No one got hurt!)

Bobby and her fiance, Brooke visited Cindy and I at Canyon Village in Yellowstone National Park in July of 1968.They drove from Salt Lake and surprized us at work.  They arrived around 6:00 pm. We met them at a picnic table. Bobby had her hair in rollers. She seemed very happy.  We had only  30 minutes together because they needed to go back to Macks Inn to meet with his family. We did not know that would be the last time we would ever see Bobby. Our parents called the following morning and told us the sad news. It took awhile for the shock to wear off.  Our father flew up to Canyon Village and personally took us home for her funeral.

I wonder if Bobby could of been the next Paula Abdul or some famous dancer! She had talent.

Shout Out To Bobby
